Scott is Equity Raise’s co-founder and the founder of Lightmark Media. He has also served as a direct capital raiser for a large real estate fund and spent over twelve years as a marketing consultant to numerous funds and syndicators.

As founder and head of strategy of Lightmark Media, a full-service marketing agency that has served the needs of capital raisers and real estate investors since 2012, Scott has managed all aspects of marketing campaigns designed to elevate brands and raise capital.

When he’s not running or hiking, he’s probably hanging out with his family and their Great Pyrenees companions on their land outside Athens.
